Okay, I'm working on finishing my kitchen countertops with an epoxy made specifically for countertops. I've watched a number of company videos and one thing they highlight is the manufacture of the design panels to get an idea of what the colors and additives will look like on the finished surface. I made some small boards for the project with different colors and additions like this gloss, considering what I'll end up doing on existing old and disgusting countertops.
