I purchased this headset for teleworking with the Avaya phone app installed on my laptop. my laptop (running Windows 10).* It was immediately recognized by my Avaya phone app after I changed my audio settings to use a headset on my laptop. * Battery life seems long. Works all day even when music is played through it. *Love the dock/charger that comes with the box. So easy to turn it on and off when needed. * I have a small head and some headsets don't fit me. I use these on the smallest adjustable setting and can wear them comfortably. It is also designed to be adjustable to a larger size if needed. * The microphone swivels 280 degrees so it can be worn on either the right or left ear. CONS: * Not really a problem for me, but maybe for some. I thought the range of the receiver would be a little longer. I can walk into the next room and still connect with no problems, but much further away and the signal starts dropping. However, I only tested this during music playback. Again, this is not a problem for me as it meets all my remote office needs/expectations for the price. I recommend and buy again.
