Useful caster for permanent installation but NO 'rubber' wheel
The description says these are rubber wheels which I believe implied some deformation of the surface of the wheel; The wheel is made of a very hard material that rolls noisily on tile or other hard floor surfaces. It's probably durable, but doesn't fit my idea of what the term "rubber" means.
