My box arrived with a slightly punctured green - I was really itchy to try the polish so emailed AB customer service to see if just one color could be replaced as I didn't want to send the whole set back (I'm so impatient!) If it wasn't such a gorgeous green I probably wouldn't think twice but I'm so glad I did. AB was very quick to respond and offered to replace the kit! Totally unnecessary, but what a great deal! I tried another color to see how it lays out (lots of pinky red?) and this one was very opaque and two thin coats was perfect! I've tried the cat eye wand with no success, but I sincerely think it's an impatient user's mistake! You won't find better customer service or quality at this price! From now on I only use gel polish!
