I like that it can be customized to your needs, and that you have access to great support when needed. The reporting capabilities are very powerful, with lots of options for customization. It's a bit expensive but it does seem worth it. I would highly recommend this product. Monitoring our servers and networking equipment. We use it for alerts as well as reporting. I like the fact that I can schedule tasks and can easily get notified when tasks are completed. I dislike the fact that I have to login to checkmk to set up jobs. This is a huge inconvenience. I would like to be able to set up jobs from the dashboard, and then be able to get notifications when they are completed. Scheduling jobs is a huge time saver and makes my life easier.
