All you need to provide is your own heat gun (dryer doesn't work!) and a razor blade. The product is perfectly installed. Note, however, that when you install hardware, Apple may not recognize it, so you may need to perform a hard reset (search for that for your specific iPad). For the price and money, nothing beats bringing a dead iPad back to full working order. Would buy again.
