The upgrade seller keeps contacting me to remove my review and offers money and gift cards in return. That's probably why the ratings are so high. I bought this vacuum cleaner based on the reviews. I have a new car that I wanted to keep clean so there was very little cleaning. When using the product I found that the suction was weak but it picked up minimal dirt and lint but didn't pick up heavier bits and pet hair. Worst of all it stopped working completely after 10 minutes and never worked again. I ended up quickly finishing my home vacuum, which worked much better. This article is garbage. Don't waste money.
