Blackfilm gets stuck every time. We tried everything: bought new batteries, even removed the pins and then started the whole setup process but ended up ruining all 5 films that came with it. Amazon first said that if we ship the defective one on time, our replacement would be here in two days. Well I just checked and it will take a month. I need it ASAP so I canceled the replacement. The replacement is only $0.00 so after all this trouble I'm now getting $0 back for a $120 camera, which you just don't expect considering it's the perfect gift for one at best 8 year olds. Many others on the web have had similar experiences with black film jams, so I simply do not recommend this camera. Not worth the $120 if I need to tweak it to work properly. I spend $120 on a camera so I don't have to "break pins" or spend hours online troubleshooting the installation process.
