Item arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. I liked that the pumps were included as a separate add-on so I could choose to use them or not. I actually prefer a regular snap top lid so I didn't use pumps but it's great that you have the choice. Today I used the product for the first time and I can say that I really liked the smell (coconut) and the feel on my hair. Lately I've been losing sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo as usual. I keep my fingers crossed that it works. I will update my review after using the shampoo and conditioner for some time now and having a chance to see the results. So far this is a pretty cool product.
