I have been running a 4000W inverter for 4 years. After the warranty expired 1 week, I had an issue that was my fault. I called the company and even told them that I was the cause of the problem and that the product was out of warranty by a week. Aims Power Equipment told me they would cover it up anyway. I have nothing to say other than that based on my experience the company makes reliable, high quality devices. I haven't received the controller yet, but I called the company and found that the connectors are hardwired. No weak spring connections. I already have a control box for my solar panel and one that is 80 amp and it has already caught fire due to unreliable spring connections. I had enough headaches and decided to spend the extra money and get a real product. Of course some complain about the software, blah blah blah. My experience tells me that I can connect the product and that's it. There are no problems with the device.
