They listen carefully, provide advice that is both practical and insightful regarding their customer's technology requirements. We have several ongoing projects with them now with no real issues at this time however they do always seem eager to learn new things about our systems if we're willing to share information which can be very helpful for making sure all parties keep up! There isn't anything I dislike so far - good people who have provided excellent service over several years of working together. Project management/support/service management related problems (including support & project staffing). I like that we have a dedicated Account Manager who is always available for questions or concerns, even if it’s during their lunch breaks! The staff has been really great at supporting our day to day needs as well as helping us with larger projects when needed. Sometimes you need someone else's perspective outside your own organization; they can help provide this insight which helps guide decisions moving forward.
