Doesn't work well with the app. Has a list of color change options but seems to only change the pattern from time to time, not when you change it. There are options in the app to change the light pulse, but they don't seem to work when the settings are changed. The app records the music and has either a phone mic or an external mic, but the light only seems to stay on the sound until you tweak the settings. if he decides to pick it up first. There is a slider to adjust the microphone, but nothing seems to change. Not as bright as one would expect at 100% illumination. Overall, it doesn't look like the app interacts well with the product at all. Back to finding a better product I guess.
