I have been using Foresite for about 5 years now, it has never disappointed me once. Nothing really! The customer support team are always eager to help when we do get stuck with an issue or query. Also they will go above and beyond in helping you find something that isn't immediately obvious. If you need data driven insights into your sales pipeline this is the tool for you - especially if you're looking at multiple accounts. We can pull up historical figures from previous months/years to show what our performance was like then as well as forecast out how things may be next month/year etc. This helps us keep track of our own KPIs but also gives other people within the teams access too so they know whether their efforts are paying off.
