Lightning fast PC with some minor quality issues

This PC meets the requirements. Blazing fast, powerful enough to take on anything you throw at it, and surprisingly quiet (my PS4 Pro was a lot louder compared to fans running at full speed). However, given how quiet the thing actually is, I'm concerned that the factory fan curve is so low. It's easy to fix, it just seems stupid. But no problem staying cool. Pretty efficient design in terms of ventilation. The tempered glass door is a nice upgrade over the metal side panel. At PS5 size, it has a nice body design, and although the RGB is overkill in my opinion. , with little tweaking it looks crisp on my desk. I was happy to see that it comes with little to no additional software. I think the only programs I uninstalled were Norton and Dragon Center. After about three weeks of work, this computer has met or exceeded my expectations. So why three stars? Feedback loop through the headphone jack. This computer was bought for gaming with the intention of using headphones most of the time. After much striving to determine that the problem is not with my power supply or wiring, it is apparent that this is due to an internal fault. Something like bad soldering or a faulty input port, but ultimately something that requires a qualified technician to disassemble the PC. I solved the problem with a 3.5mm USB adapter and got perfect sound. But I shouldn't have done that. And my only option is to pay the $100 shipping cost to send it in for repair. I paid too much money to deal with the frustration this issue has caused me. UPDATE: After speaking to Revain tech support they suggested I send the PC back for a replacement but after I found that the data on the factory restored hard drive was corrupt and the PC did not come with the disc -Image could be reset, I decided to do it The system is too unreliable to put that much money into it. I highly recommend that if you are willing to forego that kind of money, contact your PC manufacturer or similar reputable company and have your PC built to order. For the same price. The best product.
