So of course this backpack is great, great, great. Boouuu, the strap snapped on the handle from the sharp angle and the weight of the things you put in the bag (I didn't have much in my bag). As I LOVE this bag I have replaced the damaged one and plan to wrap the new one with leather cord over the damaged area to strengthen the strap before using it. Otherwise I love this bag very much. It's beautiful, it's a large size, the materials used seem amazing, Absby loves the design, so the handle keeps the strap from getting too big on one side when carrying it over your shoulder when you're by switch from handbag to backpack. I would 100% recommend anyone looking to buy it to just buy but try to harden the problem area before use.
