We were able to pull all the required customer data from a single data warehouse and use it to create a 360 view of our customers. The tool doesn't provide any additional tools to manage data quality. Instead, it is focused on making sure that all the data is consistent and accurate. It is a very useful tool for data integration and management. It was very easy to use and implement and the support team was very responsive. We used MIOvantage to integrate customer data with our CRM. The integration was seamless and there were no errors. It has helped us to create a 360 view of our customers.
