It doesn't work like it should and I had to jump through hoops for a week to even get it to work. I'm trying to use this with my Dell XPS 15 9560 running Windows 10 Professional. I updated all the drivers, went and bought some extra cables/adapters to try and get it working differently, and even let Dell control my computer remotely once. In fact, none of the issues have been fixed. Here are the issues I'm still facing: - 4K at 60Hz doesn't output at all, let alone on multiple monitors. I tried both HDMI and DisplayPort. Since the main reason I bought the hub was to output 4K at 60Hz, that was pretty devastating. The connected USB keyboard and mouse are not recognized at startup, so every time I turn the computer on or wake it from sleep, I have to open the laptop and log in using the laptop keyboard and touchpad. Every time I turn on the computer, the speakers I connected via a hub (3.5mm jack) clapping and spitting madly, and then when I log in, I get ten to twenty notification sounds "device connected / device disconnected". - The connected game controller was not recognized, which works fine when I plug it directly into one of the USB ports on the XPS. I've tried to ignore its shortcomings, but only now that it doesn't even recognize my connected game controller have I had enough. If I'm buying a glorified $250 USB hub, I don't think I'm asking too much if I just want it to work as advertised. I will request a refund.
