I am 6ft 3in tall, 220#. Bought XL. Fits perfectly. The length at the wrists and waist is just right. I live on the Oregon coast and these things are getting brown. Just as I am sitting here writing this review I feel like I have micro heaters on my torso. Surprisingly cheap compared to brand names like UA, Patagonia, North Face, Marmot etc. Delivered very quickly. Just put it on for the first time. I'll write a review after wearing it for a month. These are compression tops. Not baggy.
