Review on 🗂️ I-Top Paper Punch 28mm, Large by Imaginisce by Lori Aguirre

Works well on regular paper (turquoise) which I was planning to use on thin vinyl sheets. This left me with about 30% of the marriage because the puncher regularly does not break through completely. It's bizarre and depending on how I pressed the lever (pressure, position, speed) it worked better or worse, but still not an exact science for something so simple. Many points didn't perform very well, especially on vinyl. (grid photo) It did the job but I can't say I would buy it again.
