I absolutely love these pants and the amount of sweat they produce. I use these during my 30 minute workout, for walking, while I'm cutting the grass or even just to sit on the deck on a hot day to get a good sweat. The side pocket is definitely a plus as I like to have my phone on me to track steps or to listen to music. I wash them with my regular laundry and let them air dry. When I first got them I thought I would need a larger size but after getting them on they stretched out to be perfect. I will say the process to get them on was somewhat of the maneuver of putting on a pair of stockings but I promise you, you will love them! I have already ordered a second pair because I will be wearing these all 7 days of the week! Oh, I a size 16-18 and ordered the XL
