I have purchased slimming sweat pants in the past, I must say, I feel the material of these pants are of a better quality. I used them with Hot Shot Slimming gel, and give me an hour, I my legs have definitely sweated. What I really like, is between these pants and the gel, the dryness of my legs are all but gone and they are noticeably slimmer. The leggings are awesome! Usually I wear 14 -16 pants size and I purchased them in XXL. They fit perfect just like I expected, not too snug but not too loose, they are very comfortable. I believe in sauna effect for loosing weight, It really works. Before I used to wear a sauna belt that helped me to melt my belly fat. I was skeptical about purchasing these sauna pants because I have large hips and I was concerned about having difficulty putting them on as well as comfort. However, I’m pleased to say they are well made, easy to put on, and comfortable. I will definitely purchase another pair because I plan to wear these out.

I love these workout pants. Does what it says, supports and makes you sweat. I ordered a small and it's a battle to put on. However, once they're on, they are comfortable and I can freely move in them. You'll look good too.

I love these leggings! They are super comfortable, and do exactly what the description says they do. They are warm and fit nicely with lots of stretch. I wear them to work sometimes and lose inches as I do my job.every morning I feel lighter from all the sweating I do from wearing these leggings!

I absolutely love these pants and the amount of sweat they produce. I use these during my 30 minute workout, for walking, while I'm cutting the grass or even just to sit on the deck on a hot day to get a good sweat. The side pocket is definitely a plus as I like to have my phone on me to track steps or to listen to music. I wash them with my regular laundry and let them air dry.
