The leggings are awesome! Usually I wear 14 -16 pants size and I purchased them in XXL. They fit perfect just like I expected, not too snug but not too loose, they are very comfortable. I believe in sauna effect for loosing weight, It really works. Before I used to wear a sauna belt that helped me to melt my belly fat. Now I wear these pants everywhere, in the house, on a walk, even for shopping. It's incredible idea wearing sauna leggings and losing weight. I would like to get a top as well to try sauna effect for the whole body. Highly recommend!
