In general, I am satisfied with the headphones Has pros: -Sound and microphone quality -Build quality -Design (subjectively) -Long hold charge -Good signal range, I can safely go to the restroom or the kitchen without leaving the discord With its cons: -Sometimes (that's just very rare, I don't even remember when the last time) they lose the signal and the sound is interrupted for 1-2 seconds -Unobtrusive white noise, about which it is written in other reviews, but it does not really annoy me -Ngenuity software gives the bare minimum of settings (there are screenshots in other reviews). You can not even tritely remove or adjust the shutdown time, not to mention some kind of equalizer. And they turn off by themselves, by the way, after some time of non-use, even if at that moment they are charging and nothing can be done. In general, you may notice that the reviews for the raw Ngenuity software have not changed since 2022. It’s not a fact that something will ever change, since the software hasn’t left beta for so long. Consider this moment.
