I got them to take the guesswork out of designing the placement of my thermal transfer vinyl. Sometimes even folding a shirt in half gives dubious results. Those little collar rulers really helped! They help with centering and also just know how far you can go in a shirt. Different sizes are also very useful. Their plastic is durable, doesn't scratch or tarnish, and doesn't take up much space anywhere. I keep them in my Cricut case and you won't even know they were there.
