I like that it can be used as an entire system or if you need to use just one of its modules (monitoring), there are many other solutions out in the market to choose from - but this product has been designed specifically for your needs so when we had problems using our existing solution we contacted their support team who were able to quickly resolve them all.

Nothing really- they have what was required at the time! The only thing i dislike about EKRAN SYSTEMS is the pricing- which makes sense since their software does work very well. But still not sure how much value will get by paying more than 100$ per year compared to getting some cheap off the shelf products without having to worry too much about performance issues etc..
