These are refurbished parts as far as I know but it looks like someone used a wrench or steel wool to clean them both, they are incredibly scratched. Fewer button contacts worked on these replacement devices than on the ones I was trying to replace. Unfortunately, the seller does not have the option to replace them, only to request a refund. So I'm disappointed that I have to take this return and I'm honest about my experience.
