Used as shown, curvature was too deep for me. Instead of the curved area being in the lower back, it pushed my seat away from the back of the chair and the upper tapered area was where the curve should have been to support my back. That tripped me up. By adding an extension at the bottom to raise it where the support was where it needed to be for me, this then provided the right support so I could sit upright with my shoulders right and make it comfortable. After personalized settings everything works fine now.
