This is by far the best waist trainer I’ve ever had! It is good quality and fits so well it puts the other trainers I’ve used to shame and a big plus for me and is that it has more bones that the typical trainer for more support and they don’t pop out of the material and stick me. I bought a large and I plan on buying the next size down as I continue to lose weight. I would recommend trainer!
