If I could give this a million stars I would. I suffer from insomnia and have not slept more than 3 hours at a time in the last 5 months. After debating whether or not to try any of these, my sister finally convinced me. I have to say that I always found them to be a gimmick. Well, I was SO wrong. For the first time in my memory I slept 7 hours. I don't know how or why, but I'm absolutely blown away that a blanket can do so much. I hope it wasn't a coincidence, but time will tell. I did a ton of research before deciding to do this and I'm so happy I did! It's so affordable compared to other options, and the minky dot cover and pillowcases that come with it are so damn soft, I never want to leave my bed. I could cry now, I'm so happy. *Update* I haven't gone back to a regular comforter and it's still holding up great after dozens of washes. I will never leave without one of them again.
