This has been one of my best investments. I've used up so many makeup bags - from the ones you get at Ulta, Target, Walmart etc to the expensive ones - they always break, get dirty, overpriced, look cute on the outside but from useless inside. , not organized. you get a picture. I stumbled across this and decided to check it out. When it arrived I was already impressed with how durable it looked from the outside. And I've had it for over a year now and there have been no cracks or even any sign of damage other than a few marks of makeup. I even prefer to keep it on my dressing table rather than put it away because it's that good. It comes with a strap so traveling with it is quite nice and easy. The strap also doesn't slip off the shoulder because it's too short or uncomfortable. You can essentially customize how you want to organize the interior space. It comes with spacers and you can attach them or not as you like. There's plenty of room for your brushes - I have a lot. I have a couple of Artis brushes that don't break when closed if the head is positioned correctly. I also have quite a bit of makeup, but that explains why everyday essentials have a place. There's also a front zip that fits about two compartments - maybe more depending on size - and a zip for some items like pencil sharpeners, tweezers, contact lens cases etc. I traveled with this in a suitcase - didn't want to take me along airport security and their liquids regulations - and it's holding up well. None of my pallets were destroyed. I could also see how easy it would be to carry if you travel a lot. I've had my friends comment on how beautiful it is and ask where I got it from. Say goodbye to useless overpriced makeup bags and hello to this one!
