I gave this product 2 stars mainly because the buttons are too small and close together. The song forward button is so close to the off button that I can't skip a song without turning off my headphones. This is a serious deficiency. I don't have thumbs, and even if I take off my headphones and carefully try to move on to the next song, I turn them off. The sound quality is pretty good. The sound is a little less detailed than in-ear headphones, but the sound quality isn't bad. The sound could have been a bit louder, but since they're not in the ear, I can't complain. Overall I feel the sound is good enough and I can hear what's going on around me which is why I bought these. I ride a mountain bike and want to hear other bikers or hikers. The earplugs are very comfortable to wear and last well when doing sports, cycling, etc. They last long enough and are easy to use. I would give 4 stars if they made the buttons further apart and maybe more. 5 stars would require a little more volume.
