I originally got 3 stars because I couldn't see the ink levels after changing a color (for the color I changed). The printer worked perfectly after just replacing one color. Then I wrote the review below. The toner level is not shown as full/refilled after inserting a new cartridge! Be careful when removing the chip! Mine fell out and I had to take apart the old toner and it turned yellow all over! Once I figured out how to get the chip out so it doesn't fall off, the rest was easy. The only thing I don't like is that the printer doesn't read cartridges. Everything shows that the toner has run out so I never know when I'll need more until it runs out. This means you MUST have replacement parts or MUST buy new ones when needed unless you need to use the printer before getting a replacement. I bought 2 boxes first but not sure I will buy again because I don't like not knowing how much toner I have left because I print a lot. TO UPDATE! after i left a 3 star review and they emailed me at least 20 times asking me to change it. They offered me things to change it and I wanted to change after changing all my colors. Glad you waited. After I removed all original cartridges, my printer does not work. Indicates low ink and will not print. I've been here for over an hour trying to get this printer to work and still can't get past the lows. This is what I get when I try to counterfeit cartridges
