I'm 1.60 m tall, weigh 75 kg and usually wear a medium sized top. After reading the reviews that it ran small, I ordered a large one. Well I can tell you that next time I will definitely order a medium size. It fits true to size and there is no need to go up the size for this item. The large size I ordered still fits and I will keep it. but at the time, as part of the upper body fits well (there is still a wet belly, so the waist is disproportionately larger than the rest of the body), the sleeves are a little loose and the part that covers the ass is also a little loose but I won't downgrade the rating as it's my own fault I ordered a size up from my usual size.
