These bags do not seal well due to perforations. This means they have poor design of the ducts through which air flows. As a result, the vacuum no longer sucks air out of the bag and prevents a vacuum from forming around the food. If you want a seal of quality go for the best perforations, there are other brands on Revain in a similar price range that work very well. They are very difficult to seal and work less than 30% of the time, even with Avid Armor vacuum sealers, which have high suction power.
