An easy way-out solution for your campaign management
The dashboard of this tool has many features which helps in managing my campaigns effectively.
I also like their ability to send newsletters as per our requirement without any customization needed from us. It's not much expensive compared to other tools available out there but it doesn't have some advanced functionalities offered by others such as A/B testing etc. However if you are looking for simple emailing software then go ahead! We manage emails sent through various channels (social media platforms) using SMOVE and we get very good results every time.
Pros
- Email analytics is one feature that works really well.
- Customer success managers were great help at solving issues when required
- Sending reports or getting insights into customers' engagement with brands via social networks, ePaisa can be done easily
Cons
- Social network integration needs improvement especially Facebook connect page
