I am 5'4' and weigh 170 and ordered a large and they are perfect! These capri/pants are the most comfortable workout (or just lounging around the house) pants I own. They are so lightweight I keep checking to make sure I have pants on! I ordered one pair to start with and then ordered another because they are so incredibly comfortable.

- The pants may not be suitable for individuals with larger hips and thighs
