It's so easy to use with the matching Mophie Charge Force case. I did a lot of research to find out if this would work with the Mophie case for my iPhone 8 Plus. The Mophie website wasn't clear; It works with cases less than 3mm thick, but without a caliper to measure it yourself, there was no such specification on the website. I ended up taking the plunge and buying it. Well it works. Simply plug it into your cigarette lighter USB port, place your rubber fingers on your car's air vent and place your iPhone/Mophie case into the charging port. The magnet holds well.
