EDIT 5* The straps arrived within two days and their support team is as always very helpful and friendly. The latest and greatest now goes to "Z" Quality! As always, their products are impeccable and exceptionally well made. In that order, I sent a pair of her gloves and one of her long-eared winter hats. Barring the usual Iowa winter (-28F, -49C this year with frigid winds and the usual snowstorms), the goods arrived fine and on time with their expedited shipping. As I haven't seen any reviews of their gloves I'm going to do a quick one (I won't spend a lot of time praising their products as there are hundreds of other reviews that I can only repeat, take my word for it. It's all spectacular). Firat a day wearing gloves and still wondering if I should return them because of the size or if they just need to be broken in as many leathers stretch over time to shape. There is a fur lining. EXCEPTIONALLY SOFT. There's no other way to put it, so warm and soft I can wear them all year round just to feel the fur lining! And they are so beautiful to look at! In general, now I know where I will buy gloves. You may be wondering if they are that great, "why 4 stars?" Well I've only had one fall, a rather minor one, but I should mention it. I bought one of their hats last year (one of the older original styles with a loose chin strap) and as it wasn't fastened I just lost it through bad luck recently. I asked for some replacement straps and they said they would be happy to send them! Unfortunately, I never received any extra straps in my package. I'm still very happy with their product and service, but now I'm very disappointed that one of my hats is still missing an important component.
