I bought these glasses because I work at my desk and spend most of my time on the computer. Some of my family members and friends recommended blue light glasses for me when I started suffering from chronic headaches and neck pain. I've often laughed at the idea that glasses could actually solve my problem. Boy was I wrong! After just a week of wearing, my headaches are much better and I'm actually sleeping better. I didn't even realize blue light was affecting my sleep until I started protecting my eyes. The glasses themselves are of good quality, the temple area is a bit cheaply made. However, they definitely do their job and at the right price! The glasses also come with a blue light tester to show you how the glasses work and instructions. I plan on buying a few more pairs because this particular brand offers so many different styles. 10/10 recommend!
