Surprisingly comfortable!

I have severe plantar fasciitis. I get up on concrete and stairs all day. I was skeptical of the shoes rated so highly on the websites. I have tried almost all types of shoe inserts, socks, balms. so my leg doesn't hurt so much that I can hardly walk on it. I was in severe pain the day the shoes arrived. I was home for lunch during the work day and had a long day on my feet. I put them on and went back to work. I think I expected miracles. My leg hurt all day. I considered sending them back as another thing that didn't work. A rational thought worked, and I carried her through the rest of the week. I swear I'm not lying, I'm not joking. The very next day, for the first time in months, I was in absolutely no pain. cool yes a little jerky every now and then. Yes. but by the end of the week I was able to do my job like a normal person. no pain. I felt instant relief as soon as I put them on in the morning. Come home after work and take them off. Yes, the pain will come back and I'll have to put ice on my foot, but that's to be expected with plantar fasciitis. After wearing shoes every day for two weeks, even the night pains were more of a nuisance than excruciating. Going barefoot or wearing other non-supportive shoes at the weekend. Phew, the pain is back so I know the shoes are working. Being able to get up from the table and knowing that I can do what needs to be done at work without searing pain is worth the cost of shoes. My next goal is to get back into fitness walking shoes to see if they can handle it and still keep my foot comfortable. If you try to choose super soft or "soft" shoes for support, or running shoes if you have foot problems. I've tried them both and they don't help me. To do this, you must have the arched support of a sturdy hiking shoe. I've learned my lesson. Black and/or white shoes may not be the most stylish, but if your feet hurt. Appearance doesn't come first, at least for me. I find that black goes with almost everything, and unless you're doing super tall jobs that require heels (women, of course), no one is going to care that much about what you have on your feet.
