I've tried several different brands and none of them fit my cup holder. I have a Nissan Frontier and the cup holders are larger than usual and no other phone holder will fit without major modifications. Due to the price I bought this one and as always expected some sort of modification to make it fit which always fails in the long run. To my surprise, this product fitted my cup holder with no modifications. The design was really good and it easily fits in my large cup holder, it's big enough and has a lot of adjustments to put it exactly where I want it. The part that holds and places the phone is curved so the phone stays in place no matter how fast you take off or hit the brakes. You can also easily charge your phone in the holder, which was one of the main disadvantages of other products: you couldn't charge the phone while it was in the holder, so you don't have this problem. I'm glad I made this investment and I'm sure I'll be using it for a while.
