The masks came in a box that almost fell apart. Masks are uncomfortable for children because they protrude several inches from their noses. When my 4 year old looks down the mask hits the eyes making them really big. Worst of all, the included shims require threading, and it's not possible to thread the loop for a tighter fit using the tools provided. We had to use pliers to insert them and all that effort was wasted when the fit was far from acceptable.
