The person on the line must be new and didn't know that there were two belts in the package. These woven belts are black and silver. The buckles are made of hard plastic, are color coordinated and open and close well with latches. This belt fits a size 40 person with a small margin. But as a 34 waist guy I had to cut a piece off. Big mistake. After cutting about 6 inches of overlap, the new cut end began to wear out. I used a piece of Gorilla tape to cover up the frayed part but I'm not happy with the result. The belt is MADE of fabric material, so there is no risk of it melting under the influence of heat. Maybe glue? I'll let you know. But I have extra straps so it's not a big deal. Otherwise. Not bad for two woven straps (four?)
