Review on Virtue Tech by Tom Tucker

IT support, remote troubleshooting and monitoring. I have worked with them for over a year, and they have been great to work with. They have helped me with several computer incidents, which has been a great experience. The only thing I would like to see is a more robust monitoring platform. As a small business, I don't need every tool in the world, but I do need something that I can rely on. Virtue Tech has delivered to that level, and I have been very happy with them. They are always there to help you with any issue or question that arises from day-to-day operations of your business. Their support team is very knowledgeable in their field. It was great working with them for over 10 years. I have no complaints about this vendor at all! If they do not provide what your looking for then find someone else who will. We used them as our IT department which included Networking, Server Maintenance, Support Desk & Helpdesk services.
