I fill it up with distilled water, lemon juice and sliced cucumber every morning and drink it all day until it's empty. I add mint or basil if I have them. Good for maintaining proper hydration and looks great on the counter. And the fact that it's borosilicate glass makes it so much better. Thanks very much!
