NOT Made in the USA like normal Carlisle products, misleading description

I ordered these pans expecting to get the Made in USA pans I always get from Carlisle. The description states that the country of origin is the United States. However, I have just received a box of skillets clearly marked Carlisle but 'Made in China' and a BPA warning. Why aren't they labeled properly so customers know what they're getting? They look just like the originals, but the quality is still not appreciated.
