It's easy to use, but I don't like that it doesn't have any options for customizing your reports. You can only choose between pre-built templates or creating one from scratch yourself which takes time (and expertise). We were able solve our customer service problem of not being able to pull all their information into Salesforce in realtime by using this tool. The fact we could do so without having to hire an expensive consultant was very important too since my team had limited experience with these tools.
