I like that it's not very thin and flexible, holds its shape even when empty. Holds everything: laptop, notebooks, pens, notes, cellphone. Headphones, wallet, keys, prescriptions, glasses. I can actually overload it, but it takes it well! I put a thin piece of laminate on the bottom to keep it level until the shipping creases are smooth. And it has some sticky stuff in the pockets, in the seams where they're sewn. It will dry, I'm sure. I love the bag! Well! Really sweet!
