DO NOT BUY! LET JEWELRY SHOW OVER THE NIGHT!

Don't buy these wipes! There's something about these rags that will make decorations tarnish overnight! I'm a big fan of silver. I used to work in a boutique specializing in unique and high quality silver jewellery. I have been a jewelry repairer for a long time and use a professional jewelry buffing wheel and hand polishing cloths "rouge". These cloths are good for initial buffing. I used it for the first time a few years ago, I was very satisfied. I'm no longer in the jewelry business and effective and inexpensive polishing pads are hard to come by. The jewelry was bright and shiny and was a joy to wear. I got up the next morning. Decorations I wore last night were almost BLACK. This has never happened to me with other brands of polishing pads. A polish should take at least a few weeks. Residues are also very difficult to remove. When I first started using these wipes, I recently switched skincare products, so I chalked it up to myself. I've kept trying these fabrics over the past few years because they're economical and the jewelry looks good polished. I've tried various non-tarnishing strategies such as: B. Using a cloth and then rinsing the jewelry in ammonia to remove any remaining substances. Also rinse in ammonia to remove stubborn tarnish before buffing, then rinse in ammonia again. Nothing worked. I wear my jewelry and wake up in the dark in the morning. I haven't used the skincare products in question in months and the clothes still tarnish on my jewelry overnight. The final straw came a few days ago when I used the fabric to quickly polish a 30-year-old stainless steel bracelet. This cuff is a one-of-a-kind piece that has stood the test of time and remains shiny and looking great after three decades of use. After polishing once with this garment, the stainless steel bracelet is dull and looks like an acid etch on the surface. So BEWARE OF THE BUYER! When you buy cheap Chinese crap you always get what you pay for! The next purchase is a Dremel with a mini buffing wheel. Should have done that many years ago. I only hope I can salvage the jewels that those horrid rags may have ruined.
