Very quick and easy to set up, with easy-to-understand instructions. The set did not include a dog bed so I bought it separately thinking it would be too big to put in but it actually fits perfectly. Our 4 lb 1 year old fits perfectly and so far he loves it. The drawer closes and opens easily, I like that the door folds down on the sides. I thought the cage wasn't strong but when our dog isn't in it it's strong enough but not something to use as a stool or put its weight on. I have a 4 and 5 year old who tried to sit on it and it holds its weight so it's durable especially if you only use it to put a plate or glass on it or books or other Place decorations on a side/corner table. It's tiny, very light, easy to move around the house, cute, just perfect for what I was looking for, so overall I like it.
